Help me decide

Need winter tires for my RWD Tesla model-3 in Michigan.

Ive narrowed it down to-

1- Falken Winterpeak F-ice

2- Hankook Winter I-pike RS2

Have you run these? Any major gripes with them? Noise? Lateral grip? Etc…

Both of these fit my budget, so please don’t recommend Hakkapellata R5s or Michelin X-ice at $275 a tire. I know they are better, but I don’t have infinite money.
