Is now a good time to get the Z Fold 8?

I was looking at upgrading to the z fold 8 from my s22+ and was wondering if the current deals available through the Samsung website are worth, or if it's better to wait for the Black Friday/cyber Monday deals? I usually buy phones used or manufacturer-renewed, so I'm not too familiar with promotions/deals. Thanks!
