Am I crazy I need perspective

My wife has 2 dui convictions . She came home from dinner with some friends later than originally planned I mentioned she had 1 drink (which normally means 2-3) but it had been several hours . I was livid and ask why she would risk a felony and not just uber or call me to come get her .

Am I over reacting. She seemed sober but I feel like after 2 that is an unacceptable risk , regardless if she was under the limit , which she has no way of knowing.

I am at a loss and don’t know how to process my anger . What do most people do after 2 convictions? Its been 7 years since her last but both less than 10 .
