s+ tier champs after today hotfix?

so cait malph senna syndra and rammus got nerfed

which were basically all the s+ tier champs in 7.3

they also nerfed some champs who werent s+ like hwei

royal places kassadin s+ but thats honestly just his bias.

who do u think is the current s+ tier for each lane? specially mid since its my main position
