Hi in 39, spent that amount of years undiagnosed. Hammering drugs for "anxiety" my body is in rough shape i just wanted to share some advice that is helping me in a major way / the tools.

Green myofascial balls. Guys I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who suffers from chronic tension buy one of these balls and then gently rub you muscles from head to toe. I dont know the mechanism of action but the ball provides me immense relief, it signals tight muscles to relax

Secondly the left tool GUA SHA. same function use it to scrap along your muscles start gentle. 

Ems, if youve been suffering a long time I cant recommend enough ELECTRICAL MUSCLE STIMULATION with a professional but also the machines are amazing. You need EMS Not TENS. TENS for pain, EMS is for release.

Get as many accupressure toolsbas you can and target feet to head. The Sub Occiptal Muscles in my skull used to drive chronically migraines, but its a whole body issue. You cant fully release your neck until you releae everything else 

At some point I will share the horrorific state of my body after myofascial release abd abit more of my story. Suffice to say ive been through hell but ive soeny the last yeat working with a professional in the area 

I can have a tendency to go to hard and that aggravates the body sometimes. Remember if your struggling and your hammering your body, back of a little and do gentle releae. You need to TOUCH every muscles. 

My wrists unlock my lower back and everything works in strange ways. So if something isn't working stop focussing on that body part and try something else.

Also the WIM Hoff method of breathing is unbelievably helpful as well
