Is this a real release?

I saw this song on AOTY and had no clue what it was, so I did some digging and Genius says that it's a track which was copyright struck during processing so all we have is the metadata. However, I can't seem to find any proper archive or screenshot of the song ever having been posted. I'd imagine it's real, but this song is such a mystery to me and I would love to find an answer.
