Could I ask for help reading my egg cleanse?

I'm new to all of this but within the last couple months I've had the most ridiculous bad luck start out of nowhere and a friend suggested I look into an egg cleanse so I did! I watched multiple video's, made sure I did everything right but I'm struggling with reading the results.

When I say I've had bad luck I don't mean like I lost my keys and stubbed my toe or anything, I mean I'm suddenly struggling in every aspect of life including my health so I really want to understand the results.
