basic manners where?

Whats with the students/freshies lately having no basic manners? Is it really that hard to be considerate to those around you and act decent in public? We noticed this group of freshies sa mag lugawan and may isa natapon yung lugaw niya to his hands. Over naman sa pag shake sa hands nimo bes, natalsikan pa gyud mi sa lugaw and wa gyud isa nag sorry masking gikan sa mga kaibigan niya. They didnt even look around to see if may nadamay pod sa nahitabo. They seriously just kept laughing.

Seriously we’re all adults na, please act like one.
