🚀 ESPTimeCast v2.2.0 - RTTTL support and extended weather description

RTTTL Buzzer Support:

• Play custom melodies in RTTTL format on the buzzer — five built-in tunes included, or upload your own list from the Web UI’s Buzzer section
• Select tunes per event (Timer, Countdown, Pomodoro, Stopwatch) and per alarm, alongside the existing Beep/Chirp/Alarm sounds
• Trigger any tune instantly via the /action API (buzzer_rtttl) for Home Assistant and other integrations, without changing the saved configuration

Extended Weather Description:

Added an extended weather display showing the weather description, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, sunset, and sunrise.

The display can be toggled via the new /full_description endpoint.
