Buying 2022 SEL RWD

Question

I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a 2022 Ioniq 5 SEL RWD with nearly 100k miles (so basically out of warranty). Final out the door price including all taxes and fees would be $17.5k. Car has a clean CarFax, no accidents reported, and two owners, both in the South, so no road salt or snow.

CarGurus says this is a good deal but is there anything I should be on the lookout for? Is it worth spending a bit more for a newer car or one with fewer miles to have the peace of mind that a battery/powertrain warranty brings?

Definitely getting a pre-purchase inspection anyway to make sure there are no issues under the skin, but I'm just looking for general advice.
