Has any successfully addressed their partner’s cell phone addiction and made it out alive?

Mid-30’s M here. My mid-30’s girlfriend can’t keep herself unglued from her cell phone. No matter what we do, sports game, concert, taking a cruise, no matter what, she’s glued to it. I’ve gently brought it up, but don’t want her to feel attacked, as I know she’s not cheating. But nothing has changed. What’s the best way to approach this?
