Is it weird if I(20 M)ask someone if I bug them too much (20 F)

I've been freinds with this girl for just under a year now. And I talk to her almost daily. And she seems to enjoy my company. But I've noticed that I'm usually the one to start a conversation or to make plans. She usually responds in a reasonable amount of time, and will usually say yes to plans. She's pretty busy too, most of the time. But I think she kinda has a tendency to be overly nice, and will say yes even if she doesn't really wanna do something. So IDK what the right path is. I would hang out with her every day if I could. But I also dont want to annoy her. I want to ask if I text her too much, or ask her out too much. But to me that seem kinda pathetic and guilt trippy even if I don't intend it to be. Should I just ask her out, should I ask if I bother her, or just leave her alone for a couple of days and see what happens?
