bad time to need to build a new pc

New build or upgrade? New Build
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? [VS-248](https://www.asus.com/us/displays-desktops/monitors/all-series/vs248hp/) , will still want one gaming monitor and one art monitor. Have a CM Masterkeys L though if there's another simple 100% keyboard with reds/blues I'll take a recommendation, mouse, g502 hero wired.
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) Everything; games: Ace Combat 8, Armored Core Rubicon, Metal Gear Solid series, Emulation, Nier Series, Stalker 2, fighting games, I play every kind of game. Video Editing, Handbrake, inkskape, kdenlive, blender. Streaming: OBS, AI Gen (non-commercial, its mostly for getting stupid shit out of my head like a shitty mashup I've had stuck in my head for over 20 years I just did.)
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? (If not US, list local vendors) US, No.
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) 2 Ideally one gaming one that does at least 120/120 at 1080, and one art one with high color accuracy or whatever.
Budget range? (Include tax considerations) 4400
WiFi or wired connection? Wired
Size/noise constraints? Biggest case possible; I really liked the Cooler Master HAF 932 and its drive bays so if something like that is available. Noise wise I'd prefer it to be quiet but its not a high priority.
Color/lighting preferences? Black. No white, and no RGB if I can get away with it.
Any other specific needs?

I need a lot of usb ports; I get as much as I can hardwired because I have never had good luck with wireless even with wires because charge ports tend to break on me. I know there's no such thing as future proof but I want it to last as long as possible; I've been getting secondhand pc stuff for forever and replacing parts that break, I want to know where I stand with parts from the get go for a change and am planning to keep track with a notebook. The plan is a dual boot of linux / windows, though I have to admit I've not decided on a distro or DE yet. Include cables I might need (e.g. for extra monitors; I plan on using the vs I listed as a very tiny 1080p tv screen so in theory it'll be a 3 monitor setup)

I know its a bad fucking time to build a pc but my current pc is BSODing a few times a day and while I suspect my hard drives the issue I don't really know a way to confirm it; I only suspect its the hdd because crystaldisk shows the health at 58%. and I'm usually asleep or the bsod is too fast for me to quite catch to see what the problem is. Totally willing to just get a new hdd for now if someone can help me know for sure that's what the problem is.
