Weird chest sensations while drifting into sleep

EKGs

I’ve had about 7 ekgs done in the past 4 months and all were clear. Been diagnosed with dysautonomia and possibly svt ( on holter monitor). Long story short everytime I lay on my left side I get mild chest pain and palpitations ,and when I lay on my right I also wake up with pain and palpitations ,but it feels like the blood was drained out of my heart. I noticed that my bp is dropping when I sleep pretty significantly. Before the pain I would just wake up with palpitation and then tachycardia but now that I’m on beta blockers my heart rate is normal and my bp is low when sleeping. Troponin is fine. X rays fine. Not sure what’s causing these chest pains but I’m worried that these episode are damaging my heart. Do you think this is just anxiety or has anyone else had this exact experience?
