Can i reach a dominus only by trading, starting with 4 Egg from egg Hunts???

So, i always wanted a dominus, but these guys value more than a very big house.

I thought, MAYBE, can i do trading until a reach a dominus? my biggest goal is Vespertillo (2.350.000 rn), if i cannot, Praefectus (855.000 rn) or Formidulosus (174.000rn).
Im new, i still dont know with robux are the only thing that matters when it comes to negotiate

Is it possible? how long it will take me? dreaming for vespertillo is too high? if so, can someone help me since im doing "from the scraps"
