CosParty Taobao updates: new domain + we’re testing a new shipping company!

Hi everyone! We have two pretty big updates for our Taobao service. 🐝

First, we’re moving our Taobao service to a new domain: Taobee.com. We wanted something shorter, easier to remember, and more focused specifically on the Taobao side of CosParty. The service itself is still run by the same CosParty team - it’s just getting a new home.

We’ve also heard a lot of your feedback about orders getting stuck or taking too long in shipping, especially over the past few days. Because of that, we’ve switched to a new shipping company and we want to properly test how it performs before rolling it out to everyone.

We don’t want to just tell you that shipping is “better” without actually knowing that it is. We want real feedback from actual orders first, see how smoothly packages move and fix any issues before making the switch across the board.

If you’ve been using our Taobao service, please keep sharing your experience with us - good or bad. The feedback genuinely helps us figure out what needs changing.
