Help me understand

Hi, all. Something I have been struggling with lately is how the Bible tells us, I can’t remember the verse or the exact wording, but that man has no excuse because God is displayed in all creation. I get that obviously if you just look at the world around you, there’s obviously a creator. However, unless you are told about the gospel directly, how can you know? I do agree we are all horrible and deserving of condemnation, but I do struggle to understand how those who haven’t been evangelized can know specifically Yahweh, and specifically Jesus. I don’t really understand what the Bible means by this.
