Hydrpgen inhalation or hydrogen rich water? Trying to work out which is worth the money

I've been reading about molecular hydrogen for general wellness, nothing medical, and I can't work out how to compare the two formats.
 
The water products are all advertised in parts per million, and the inhalation machines just run gas the whole time you're using them. 

Those aren't the same measurement, so I don't know what I'm comparing. The inhalation units also cost a lot more and want a chunk of my day.

Has anyone found studies or numbers that let you compare the two fairly?
