any resources or advice for women’s mental health right now?

hi, this is my first time posting here and i usually refrain from having a negative mindset about progressive action but i’m kind of desperate right now.

does anyone have any resources or advice that are positive/empowering for women and the state of our autonomy right now?

i’ve always carried the subconscious (and conscious) awareness of the obscenely disproportionate disparity for the ways in which men or society treats/views women and how we are literally always coached to “protect ourselves” or “stay vigilant” to survive without men ever having to correct their behavior, reflect on their own internal state that manifests as projection, or face any consequences for their violent or disrespectful actions/beliefs. but with all this news circulating recently, i really need some kind of emotional support, motivational talk, or even a modicum of encouragement or faith right now.

i’m sure a lot of you share a similar sentiment, but i feel very defeated, infuriated and incredibly hopeless in what feels like a never-ending fight for human decency and respect as a woman. all the people with the power to change this system are apart of the systemically misogynistic machine of the patriarchy. i’m developing extreme anxiety over having to interact with any man on a daily basis because it feels like they are all an enemy or predator and it’s so difficult to trust any of them. my awareness is really heightened to feeling like a walking piece of meat or prey to all males, no matter who it is. and that’s not just my fear talking or anyone making me believe some irrational ideology where all men are bad because i know that’s not a legitimate fact. but the overwhelming majority truly feel like such a dark force of evil surrounding the likes of women who just want to exist and survive without harming anyone.

ultimately, i just feel so sad for all my sisters and women who probably feel the same, if not worse, than i do right now and that breaks my heart because we deserve to live a beautiful, fearless, joyful and loving life without being the casualties or collateral damage of a man’s indecency and malice.
