Help! Previous Account Termination

On the 15th of September my Roblox Account got terminated for Terrorism/Extremism and so did any other account linked to it(through emails, phone numbers, etc).

On the 17th I made a new account that I have linked an entirely new email to and only that, I want to buy the headless horseman on this account but I'm scared it'll get banned too and that I'll have just wasted my money.

So far nothing weird has happened to my account(it's been 12 days) but I feel like I could still get randomly terminated at some point.

Just today(September 29th at 11pm) I've submitted a request to have the 'right to be forgotten' for my terminated account, for those who don't know it just gets rid of all your personal information from that account.

When I got banned nothing stating I couldn't make a new account but I don't know if it actually normally states that. I've heard of other people getting terminated after making an account but it's not always right after, sometimes it's days or weeks that they get banned after.

Is it still possible for my new account to get terminated if I leave it as be now? Or is it guaranteed to get terminated at some point because of my previous account.
