Hub State Street vs. 3rd & West

Hi! I’m currently deciding between Hub State Street and 3rd & West for next year, and I’d love to hear from anyone who currently lives or has lived at either one. What made you choose it, and how has your experience been? Any pros/cons would be really helpful. Thank you!
