4.11 rating, Unaapproved status on MM. Aether disabled

I had some issues this month. I cannot access Live S2S channel on Outlier Community so i cannot access updates but my only project in MM is Live S2S for 3 months now. I told QM and outlier support about my issue that I cannot access Live S2S channel on outlier community. I need it to access updated guidelines and sample audio issues. After 1 week my I am suddenly unapproved annotator and prj aether is disabled. I know the issue is not my rating because it is 4.11 with 88% out of 100% is positive. It can be my AHT since the new models have lots of issues that I had to timestamp each one that my AHT got affected but they always tell us to mind the quality more than AHT. I am just disappointed that my high quality work is not important and I get unapproved after I reported an issue on my account. If I never reported the issue maybe my account will be alright. I join webinars so that is where I get my updated knowledge, I should have never reported the issue.
