Moisturiser needed

Hey girl is I am a 17 year old girl with oily in t zone skin and combination to oily on rest of the face with acne prone and close come advance but in winters my skin feels very dry so I want a moisturizer which I can use from October to February that hydrates and moisturize my skin but also not cause acne.
