Calf Pain 9 months Post Surgery

I had a labrum repair and two impingements shaved off in December of 2025. Over the last two months I have had calf cramping in the right calf (surgery leg) that would randomly show up. Over the last month the cramps have gotten worse. I thought I had them fixed when I started drinking tart cherry juice but it’s back and it doesn’t seem like anything is helping. Has anyone experienced this? I’m calling my doctor tomorrow because web md has me convinced I might have deep vein thrombosis.

My active level has been high but it’s majorly increased over the last month, but this doesn’t just feel like a pulled muscle.
