Unstable games... like all of them

Hey... im new to this linux experience but i might go back to windows because my games runs god awful

i tried every proton version on steam and none of my games i used to run without an issue now runs god awful crashes, fps drops, audio stutters you name it i have it

i switched overnight well 5 hours ago but i really hope there is gonna be a simple fix or something i might have missed my friend has no issues with bazzite at all tho my friends specs are high end so.

and if anyone is wondering what games i tried those are warframe, war thunder

my specs are
AMD Ryzen 5 4600G with Radeon Graphics

GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

2 rams for DDR4 16GB

Samsung SSD 980 1TB

i think thats all i can share and would be useful
