Need some help/input ♥️

So really long story short I got my thyroid removed September 2017, and for the most part keeping my levels maintained (aside from pregnancies) has been fairly decent.

My endo keeps me around .1-1.0 and my dosage is typically 112 mcg. I get checked yearly, I do alll the things.

I just turned 30 this month, not sure if this is important info just thought I’d throw it in there.

Last month during my ovulation cycle I was having some very strange GI (I think) related issues. Intense bloating, severe cramping, whole entire stomach was tender and brought me to tears a few times, nothing relieved the pain, no medicine or anything relieved the feeling. Lasted my entire ovulation cycle, then after about 4-5 days finally went away. The rest of the month was normal, normal everything, even the following period cycle was normal.

I go to my yearly endo check up and out of NOWHERE my TSH is 30.4! It was a total of 3 weeks since my weird ovulation cycle and my endo appointment, so I’m not sure if that correlates or not.

I would like to preface this by saying I am NOT pregnant, I have taken tests and I just had my period completely normally.

I informed my endo about these things and he has upped my dosage to 150mcg and ordered some GI disease labs. I haven’t gotten my tumor marker test result back, and I’m hoping that’s undetectable like it has been for the past 9 years.

I guess my question is, does anyone have any input at all? I feel really alone in this and flustered and am just baffled that I don’t know how or what could be causing this.

I don’t know if I just wait to see with my endo or if I wait until my next ovulation cycle and if it happens again I go to an OBGYN or if I schedule with my regular doctor and tell them everything? I feel lost and upset.

Thank you, guys.
