Someone extorted my brother with what he could do

My brother was extorted with a private photo of him with his girlfriend. I'm from Michigan. The number I wrote to him is from Mexico and they made him transfer money by remitly to an account in Mexico and another in Colombia. What can I do? How can I get some more information about them?
