Realme 9 Pro+ (realme UI 5.0 / ColorOS 14): how do I get a split notification / Control Center swipe layout?

Phone: Realme 9 Pro+ (RMX3393)

Software: realme UI 5.0 (ColorOS 14), Android 14

Build: RMX3393_14.0.0.1015(EX01), security patch 1 April 2025

I want the iPhone-style split layout: swipe down from the top-left for notifications, swipe down from the top-right for the Control Center as a separate panel. I can't find any setting for it. I checked Settings > Quick Settings (only icon shape options) and Settings > Notifications & status bar (Status bar and More settings have nothing relevant).

Questions:

1. Is there a setting for split mode on this build, or does realme UI 5.0 just not have it?

2. If it doesn't, is there a way to get it without rooting?

3. If you use a third-party app for this, which one works well without lots of ads?
