Monolith Tokens has time gated me

Once I got my head around how to properly progress I found myself to have completed most requirements to progress the monolith (nice touch btw)

Now I've just got the requirement to spend 69,000 tokens and I've even saved like 18 dog tags so far but I feel I'm hard stuck now unless I upgrade to the higher editions or take a really long time to complete the monolith.
