Instructions for making jar for pumping

I've been pumping on and off with cylinders, and I'd like to try jar pumping to get the balls and cock big at the same time. Does anyone have a link for instructions? I think I need a diamond drill bit, but not sure about what type of jar and other details. Thanks in advance, bros
