Diagnosis changed to Bipolar 1, what changes for me?

I’m a genius and got off my mood stabilizers and had a manic episode that changed my diagnosis from bipolar 2 to bipolar 1.

What actually changes for me now?

Please be at least a little nice. I am very pregnant and going to have a baby any day now. I found out about the change Monday, although the episode was from further back.
