$500 - Repay $600 on 10/30 - Venmo/Apple Pay/Cashapp- Honolulu, Hawaii - Past Due Rent Balance

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I’m currently trying to bring my rent balance completely current before a deadline this Friday.

I’ve already made payments toward the balance, but I’m still short approximately $500. My landlord has sent me paperwork for mediation, which is the step being taken before the situation progresses further toward eviction. I’ve been communicating with them and my goal is to resolve the remaining balance within the deadline rather than allow things to get any further.

I’m currently supporting myself on my own here in Hawaii while working and going to school to complete my nursing prerequisites and work toward entering an LPN program. Balancing work, school, and living expenses on one income has made this month especially tight financially.

I am currently employed and would be able to repay the loan on [October 30th]. I can provide reasonable verification of employment/income and documentation regarding the rent balance if needed, while protecting any sensitive personal information.
