Onn 4k Pro Gen 2

I just unboxed the unit and had it streaming Youtube. I stepped way for about 30 minutes and came back to the unit sitting at the Onn logo. It would not respond to the remote. I waited around 5 minutes before power cycling incase it was updating again. After the power cycle, the unit will no longer turn on the screen. If i press the reset button, screen will come on and show the "Onn" logo for about 1 second before turning off again. Any ideas? Hopefully its not hosed.
