What is wrong with support???

I put in a ticket as my birthday was wrong and for some reason the system flagged me as a minor. (OK I'm 40 what ever ill go thought the ticket).

I'm on tier 2 support and its like no one at all has even read the title of the issue. They want everything plus the first born child and the first purchase I made back before rune pages and IP..

I have full access to my account other than it thinks I'm a minor and I can't change it. I put in a ticket for that reason...

So I can only think either A. Riot is attempting to use agentic systems to fill the gap where they didn't even bother to give them steering documents or train them to read plain English. B. Riot is hiring people who can't read. C. Riot is hiring people who refuse to read or D. Riot is trying to actively f%*k people as hard as they can.
