Worker rights completed a week ago, yet still haven't heard anything.

Hi, I did an interview for maccas about 4 weeks ago, didn't hear anything until 1 week ago asking for my worker rights verification. I am still yet to get an official failure or hiring email. Can I assume I have been hired if they gone through the hassle of sending me the worker rights verification, or is that just wishful thinking?
