Not sure if I'm addicted to video games

Question

So League of Legends. You either love it, hate it, or play the game and do both.

Right now I'm playing every single day, 1-3 matches total inbetween study sessions or after meals. If you add it all up it's an hour or two just gone every single day, and if you asked me whether or not I could stop the answer is going to be a very hard "maybe".

I've had stints of stopping in the past, and I've always found myself to be even more unproductive as not only do I find other just as unproductive stuff to fill in the gap with, they also usually take up even more time. Instead of 1 game of league that coulddrag on to 40 minutes at the very longest, I just find myself watching youtube for over an hour, or watching that second episode of a tv show instead of stopping at a cliffhanger.

In the end, I just end up being more productive if I simply play some League every day. At least, I feel like it. I still get everything I need to finish done, just that with stuff that doesn't necessarily have a deadline, like reading a book I want to read or doing some extra stretching before bed, it's super easy to just skip them or sacrifice my sleep schedule to complete.

Whenever I have free time, I just default to league.

Is this just stereotypical rationalization? Do I have a problem if it's not objectively ruining my life, even if it's not ideal?

tldr: I am potentially addicted to league, but it's not ruining my life and it helps(?) me be more productive. Should trying to stop league be on my priority list?
