Should ph vendors be using collectr as pricing basis for jp/cn commons and uncommons?

I noticed some commons and uncommons are priced for 80+, and even going as far as 100-300+. Should vendors be following this price for commons and uncommons? Kasi as far as I know, collectr prices are US-based prices. Which I think takes into consideration shipping costs and accessibility. Does the PH face the same shipping and accessibility costs that the US does? Ang dami kasing ginagawang business yung commons and uncommons, whereas sa other countries pinapamigay nalang yung mga ganun to those who want it. I've also encountered people thinking na "Oh, my common/uncommon is valued at P300 pala!"

Thoughts please?
