Just got hired and need some guidance😭

Just got an offer for an Overnight Stocker position and I have Orientation sometime this week. I've heard a lot about something called CBL's and I just want to know what to expect/ what I have to do so I'm prepared. Any information or advice would be lovely. Thank you in advance🙏❤️
