Need Recommendations

Hey yall, I am starting a new job and want some boot recommendations. I live up in BC Canada and will be in and out of a tire shop this winter so I need something warm, steel-toed, and preferably about $200-300. I wear Irish settlers as hiking boots and like the fit I have no clue what model tho. Thanks for the help in advance!
