Recent interview experience with Soding Bros

Had a recent interview with Soding Bros and wanted to share my experience.

Monica was really nice and kind. I appreciated that she gave me enough time to answer and seemed genuinely interested in understanding where I was coming from and why I approached certain situations the way I did. I never felt pressured to give a specific “correct” answer.

There was another interviewer, I believe her name was Misch or Mischi. My experience with her was quite different. The interview felt more rushed, and I sometimes felt like there were specific answers she was expecting to hear. When my answers differed from what she seemed to be looking for, I noticed some reactions that made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable.

Of course, this is just my personal experience and maybe we simply have different communication styles. I'm curious if anyone else who has interviewed with them had a similar experience.
