Chinese phone number question.

Ive been to china twice, I use byte esim. I love them. Never had a chinese phone number. This time i will be in china for another 4 months, and will want a phone number this time. I have an iphone 15 pro max. My question is, can i still use byte esim and the chinese esim. Like switch back and forth? FOr example if i am using my byte esim for unlimited data and to access foreign apps, can i still receive phone calls from chinese numbers? The reason i want a chinese number is to sign up for PC games and some chinese apps and to receive phone calls for when i order packages and when they arrive they will call to notify me (since ill be in an apartment).

As im writing this, I remember didi drivers able to call me, i just cant call them cause i didnt have a chinese sim. So id assume if i wanna call someone i just switch to the chinese sim, then can switch back to byte esim. Hopefully you guys understand what im trying to say because im also confused on this a bit. Basically the whole reason i want the number is for games and apps lol.
