Should I start a new game?

I know thats such a general question, but its a genuine one and something im stuck on right now.

I know nothing is stopping me from starting a new game, and it might be a good thing, but I haaaaate restarting! I have gotten to pretty mid/late game (i think) and I dont want to reset my magic, quests, hearts, etc. Like I know it doesnt seem like a huge deal, but I feel like I just... idk... ive been with my current save for so long...

Though the reason why I specifically want to reset despite still having lots of stuff to do is because I dont really like my farm setup, my coop setup, and I accidentally skipped a few interactions by dating people before those conversations could be had! I also didnt realize >!The special seeds were for cosmetics and made an assumption that theyd be something completely different!!< I also dont want to do the mines again, but mining and fighting enemies is growing on me a bit more now! Its not as scary. But grinding for different archeology, fish and bugs is another concern...

Oh! One last thing. Are there any updates that I should wait on before doing this as well?
