Witcher 3 Remaster not using DGPU?

Motherboard Minisforum BD895i
CPU: 8945HX
RAM: 16GB DDR5 4800MHZ (shutup)
GPU Asrock B70.

I tried setting the game to use the B70 but it doesn't seem to have worked anyone else ran into this issue? My IGPU is disabled. Latest game drivers 9033

Anyone else with this issue?
