What is a "weird" food combination that sounds questionable on paper, but tastes surprisingly good?

We all have that one bizarre food combo that makes our friends or family give us a strange look before they actually try it. I tried something weird yesterday, lol and shockingly, it tasted amazing.

• Dipping biscuits in cold drink (preferably Thumbs Up)
• Dipping hot salty French fries into soft-serve vanilla ice cream
• Eating Gulab Jamun with vanilla ice cream or a pinch of sea salt

It may sound weird but these 3 combos are something that I personally tried and trust me, I was shocked to like them too, lol but they were really good!!
