Getting into ita bags

I wanted to get an ita bag for a really long time, I always found them very cool, tho I don't want to go all out from the start.

My family and overall people around where I live get quite judgemental when it comes to sticking out and doing things that they deem weird, so I was thinking of finding a bag that's sort of an inbetween.

I was thinking about a messenger bag that can be accessorized a little, but also looks sleek and not kitschy (from a parent's point of view) when unaccessorized (since I'll clear it when around my parents probably).

I probably described something really common, but I'd love recommendations since I really dont know where to start.

I hope the flare I choose is the right one.
