Wearing advice?

Okay so after like 10 of being into this, I've started getting brave enough to wear outside of the comfort of my home, and outside of sexual situations. The other day I wore for maybe three hours total, and walked around, went shopping etc. and within 30 minutes of walking I started chaffing really bad! I hadn't even went potty yet! How do I prevent this? What am I doing wrong?

Other general questions are, how do I build up confidence wearing outside and in less baggy clothes, not anything obviously abdl but just regular outfits. And how do I get over the smell of messing??
