New phone imei not working

Wassup with visible customer service not knowing what there talking about. I just bought a s26 unlocked phone and there saying it isn't compatiable with there network. The phone is literally unlocked. Yeah this is getting out of hand then there saying no refund for my year of service. Like what other options is there for me
