Is this project worth it?

I've had my eye on this since it was freshly listed (literally first saw it when it was 30 minutes old).

Engine's fucked so that needa be replaced, got a couple friends who can help me with this sort of thing. (kinda hard trying to find wrecking 650f models however)

I'm indecisive if I should take a shot or just pass
