Real balances /s
Given the recent changes to the Sherman 105 mm (its only advantage was its anti-infantry capability), I propose the following changes to keep balancing the game for the USA: Raise any weapon that fires gunpowder-boosted ammunition to BR 4. It is a fact that, unlike the 105 where it could be countered by any BR 3 tank or any plane, the only way to protect yourself against weapons firing live ammo is to take cover (because let's remember, bullets kill). So it doesn't seem crazy to me to say they are broken. I think it would balance the matches much more if they added rocks and sticks as primary weapons. That way the enemy can feel safe (with any luck, they might even invite us to a family dinner).
It also occurs to me to raise any plane with wings to BR 4, just because of their ability to fly (who thought giving them this ability was a good idea? What's next? Carrying bombs?!?). Having to choose a plane or build an AA gun to shoot them down seems tedious, so it doesn't seem crazy to me either. We could start by raising Seaplanes starting at BR 3, and take it from there. Oh! And increase the damage of submachine guns, at least to make it similar to 20mm (I think the reasons are more than obvious).
It also occurs to me to raise any tank that has half-tracks to BR 4, due to possessing the ability to move and travel around the battlefield (this seems absurdly broken to me, I don't know why no one is talking about it). Make tanks spawn with broken tracks, with repair times equivalent to the time it takes to arm a bomb x2, and while we're at it, only allow them to have 1 crew member (because up until now they usually have around 5, which forces me to shoot them multiple times in case I don't kill them on the first try).
Given the inability to destroy tanks, I propose giving every soldier, alongside their standard-issue rock and stick, two clear abilities:
1- Have a minimum throw distance of 300 meters, as well as the ability to reload grenades after a few seconds pass. I would also add an explosive charge equivalent to 500 kg, in case I miss my first grenades. I also propose adding the capabilities of all other grenades to each single grenade. We will use the fragmentation grenade model as a base, given the increased throwing distance (without forgetting to add the extra 300 meters), and we will give that grenade the AT capability of demolition charges, the ability to deploy smoke, the ability to explode on impact, and the ability to spread fire and white phosphorus. I think this would be fair to balance matches from here on out.
2- In case you weren't able to take down the threat in question, I would also like every soldier from BR 1 onward to have a BR 4 Panzerschreck with 24 rockets, the ability to sprint with no movement penalty, and a reload speed of 0.2 seconds, just in case I still fail in my mission to destroy the enemy tank despite everything else.
I think everything I propose is fair and balanced. I'm listening!
