Suggest me IEM's to get on 11.11 in China and more.

Good day to everyone!

After a year of using my Simgot EW300 DSP's I am extremely satisfied with the sound, apart from minor issues and am enjoying music like never before. However, after moving I have lost one of my buds so I am planning to get new IEM's.

I usually use IEM's outside when going somewhere or just working at home, not specifically just music (that happens quite rarely), so I'd like something that is durable enough and will not fall out of my ear. The EW300 really fit my ears well so if anyone has any suggestions regarding what I should get, you are welcome!

For context I listen to jazz, rap and some hip hop, and I like to feel the bass while also hearing the lyrics clearly. However often in my EW's, bass was coming along with heavy distortions for which lowering the preamp didn't really help.

Additionally, I still have not figured out the equalizer thing yet fully. I played around with it a lot to try to get the sound that I like but it seems like I was doing something wrong because I keep returning to tuned versions that are online. I would really love to learn the basics without having to use like a lot of my time, so if anyone has any advice I would be very thankful!
